This Museum is dedicated to the second half of XIXth century,
from academic works to
Art Nouveau.
The most famous paintings are by French impressionnists
and postimpressionnists.
Settled in the 80ies in an old station by the
second half of XIXth century,
its collections were previous showed in the Musée du Jeu de Paume.
